Cold Brew Instructions

Bulk Brew (5 lb bag)

1. Combine 5 lbs of coarse-ground coffee with 3½ gallons of water at room temperature.

2. Let steep for 16–18 hours for a strong concentrate.

3. Strain the grounds and dilute with 2–2½ gallons of cold water to yield ~5 gallons of ready-to-drink cold brew.

Small Batch (12 oz bag)

1. Combine 12 oz of coarse-ground coffee with ½ gallon of water.

2. Let steep for 16–18 hours.

3. Dilute with ~6 cups of water for approximately ¾ gallon of ready-to-drink cold brew.
