The shell and lining are crafted from 100% recycled polyester ripstop with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS, providing reliable resistance to wind and light moisture. For targeted insulation, the jacket features 200-gram PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation Eco in the hood and main body to maximize warmth, while 170-gram insulation under the arms and along the side panels enhances flexibility and freedom of movement.
The signature 4-inch Nano Puff brick quilting pattern, paired with horizontal side panels, stabilizes insulation and maintains loft over time. Reinforced 50-denier fabric on the yoke, shoulders, and outer sleeves adds durability exactly where it’s needed most ensuring the jacket can handle abrasion from packs, rock faces, or camp gear without compromise.
