Warning:

• Do not leave thermometer in oven or grill when cooking
• Do not touch probe while hot 
• Clean with damp cloth only. Do not submerge thermometer in water
• Clean probe by placing metal probe into boiling water for 1 minute
• Keep out of reach of children
