Core Protection and Warmth
The Kids' Montana Ski Mitts are engineered to keep young explorers warm and covered on the mountain. They feature HEATSEEKERâ„¢ Eco synthetic insulation, which uses hollow-core fibers for superior warmth and durability. Water protection is managed by a DRYVENTâ„¢ insert and an outer shell treated with a Non-PFC DWR finish for added water repellency. For protection against chilling drafts, the gauntlet lining incorporates wind-resistant Windwallâ„¢ fabric.
Functionality and Usability Features
These mitts are packed with thoughtful features for convenience and connectivity. They include Etipâ„¢ compatibility on the thumbs so kids can access devices without removing their mitts, an essential nose wipe for icy days, and a nylon-webbing cuff pull to assist in getting them on. The fit is improved with a zigzag stitch and elastic at the wrist and a Progressive Precurve shape for natural hand relaxation.
 Durability and Recycled Construction
Durability is maintained with faux-leather palm overlays and a matte Polyurethane PU logo. Sustainability is integrated, as the Shell Fabric, Palm Lining, and Gauntlet Lining are all made with recycled polyester. Comfort comes from two soft linings: a soft Polyester High-Pile Fleece on the back-of-hand and a Super-Soft TKA 100 Fleece Palm Lining. To prevent loss, an attached pairing clip keeps the mitts together when they are not being worn or are tossed in a pack.
