RAPALA XRAP HAKU

True to its name, X-Rap® Haku “haku” meaning “seek” in Finnish is built to target big fish and handle serious action. Designed for durability, it features Rapala®’s proprietary 3R System Titanium Release Rig with VMC® Coastal Black hooks. When rigged, the hooks sit just like a traditional glide bait, resting in the lure’s belly groove where they stay protected from weeds and snags. Upon hook-set, the rig releases from the body, ensuring direct contact with the fish and preventing it from leveraging the lure to escape. The release system also makes hook removal easier, as the lure body does not get in the way.

X-Rap® Haku is versatile and easy to use. Gliding action can be achieved either by twitching the rod or using a stop-and-go retrieve. Twitching produces a fast side-to-side action, while stop-and-go allows longer glides, with fast burns in between to mimic fleeing baitfish.
